MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTIC STRUCTURE

The Government Bodies figuring in the statutes of TATIANA are as follows:

1. General Assembly
2. Management Body

In regard to the Management Team, responsible for the administration and the function of the Associations' services is formed by:

1. Coordinator
2. Financial Controller
3. Project Director
4. Secretary

The University of Oviedo initially provided the necessary facilities in order to launch the managing office.

The equipment available within the Managing Office consists of:

a.- Local area network of 4 personal computers linked via "Windows for Work Groups".
b.-Integrated Database Management System developed in Visual Basics (See illustration).

Computer Equipment:

Communication methods between the Management office and its Members are conducted via:

a.- External Communication Systems - E-Mail via Internet and Facsimile.
b.- Publications: TATIANA´s trimestral newsletter and Electronic Bulletin.
