You already know that ADAPT is an action designed with the aim of helping active professionals to adapt themselves to the, nowadays, inevidtable within their area of work. The UEPT-TATIANA is preparing a pilot project under the name of RUBY (Recycling and Update in Biopathology) which is directed towards the continued training of professionals in biomedical laboatories in new technologies, such as, actual diagnosis. Uptil now, the partners: TMB in Etten-Leur(NL); The San Mateo Hospital and The Institute of Histochemistry of Pavía(I), IPATIMUP of Portugal(P) and The University of Oviedo (E) have collobrated in this project. The development of the project, that will cover two distinct levels, technicians and graduates, will be carried out to its termination the end in accordance with the following stages:

I. - Definition of the programmes and preparation of the models of training.

II.- Development of training courses and preparation of Interactive Multimedia Material.

III.- Diffussion of eductional material in classrooms and , subsequently, through networks.
