FUTURE STRATEGY
A. European Sectorial Network
The development and implication of the Network is one of the principle objectives of our Association, for this in the next year we realise the distant tasks between these:
1. - Presentation and diffusion of the Association
- Working with the RUBYUNE-1 and RUBYUNE-2 projects.
- Participating in the new meetings of the European programme, for example LEONARDO, ALFA, ADAPT, etc.
- Expanding the number of partners who have an effect on the character of the transnational Network.
- Broadcasting the activities of the Association through the presentations in Congresses and Meetings, publications and INTERNET.
2. Optimisation of Information Management
Aware of the importance of the management of the information, we continued working in the development of an integral Management Information System that we allowed to fulfil, with as much efficiency, the internal activities of the Association as the communications with all the members and institutions. For this we included the following tools:
- TIX, database elaborated for our equipment, very adaptable to our needs and those we may encounter in phases of implementation and development.
- Configuration of an Internal Computer Network that improves the communication between the centres of responsibility and reduces the process time, as much as possible.
- The "Electronic Bulletin Board" whose objective is to inform all of the members.
- Electronic access of the Newsletter through the FTP service.
- Information Management and telecommunication of the financial operations.
B. Transnational Interchanges
In the field of the exchanges TATIANA possesses a high standard of experience in management, affirmation that may be contrasted with the beneficiaries of the assistance, are the students. Nevertheless, the obligation being followed is to improve the satisfaction not only of the students but, of the sending and receiving institutions and so to attempt:
- To promote the practice through the prospecting and advertising in the training centre, enterprises and institutions in general.
- To develop the systems of selection, continuation and evaluation to contribute for the improvement in the visit.
- To establish permanent communication systems with the students and tutors in order to resolve any problem that may arise
C. Training Actions
With the outcome in this area of activity, we are encouraged to continue to promote new training actions that generate complementary economic resources and allows the modernisation and recycling of the professionals, by means of:
- Studies of detection of necessary training.
- Training of Lecturers.
- United Training Projects.
- Transnational Short Courses.
