- Most of our microspheres are made by plain or seeded
emulsion polymerization in small volume lots, typically 10-100 grams of solids.
(See explanation of "Product Class" in the next section, "Choosing
Your Microspheres: Guide to our Product List".) If you have a larger
application, you will get better prices, especially if we can scale-up our
production to save time and money.
- Some of our products are already produced in very large
scale, up to 100 kilograms per run, and we offer much better prices ($/kg vs.
$/g, in some cases). Ask about these situations.
- Note our special lower prices for a limited range of,
usually dry, microspheres made by suspension polymerization. With a broader size
distribution (c.v.'s >10%) the price varies depending on scale of manufacture
and amount of classification, if any, required to narrow the distribution for
your needs. Look for dry particles in our product lists. If interested, please
ask us about these special situations and we'll discuss your needs.
- Our world-famous technical service and technical literature
is free to customers and potential customers.
- All of our products come with our "better than"
guarantee. If they don't work for you, call us; if we can't help, we'll
