* SENIOR ELECTRONIC ENGINEER
Minimum 5 years design experience with the following:
1. analog/digital (mixed) signal circuits up to 100 MHz
2. state machine/control system for complex electromechanical systems
3. realtime data acquisition and control
4. DSP, PLD, PCB layout, tango, abel experience a plus
5.  Experience with laser based biomedical equipment desirable but not required.
 
* FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Qualified applicants will have experience with flow cytometers or similar instrumentation,
fluidics, optics, computers. Travel 50%, excellent people skills, BSEE/Physical Sciences or
will consider electronic certificate if work experience is in a related field. 

Both positions are based out of our facility in Fort Collins, Colorado.
