D cyclins

Does anyone out there have experience measuring D cyclins in CHO cells? I am
trying to measure cyclin D1 in CHO cells using a Pharmingen human antibody
that should cross react with mouse and hamster, but we get no staining of the
cells. Do CHO cells express cyclin D1 (or other D cyclins)? Does anyone
know of another source of antibodies against D cyclins that have been tested
against hamster cells?
