As the chair of the ISAC FCS3.0 Data File Standards Committee, I want to
take this opportunity to notify all those interested that the FCS3.0
standard is now posted on the ISAC Web site :

http://nucleus.immunol.washington.edu/ISAC.html

This Web site was set-up by Dave Coder from the University of Washington.
We are planning to include a forum for public comment associated with this
site in the near future. While that is being arranged, you can submit
comments to any of the FCS3.0 committee members by simply activating their
e-mail addresses at the end of the document.
