Hi everyone,
I am planning some cell transfer experiments to look at developmental
potential of sorted T cell subsets. I am trying to weigh the
merits/demerits of using SCID mice versus RAG deficient mice for this
purpose.
Does anyone have any insights on this? I would greatly appreciate your
feedback and can undertake to post a summary on the newsgroup.
