Identifying mouse peritoneal cells

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could suggest antibodies suitable for
identifying macrophage, neutrophil or eosinophil populations collected
from QS mice peritoneal cavities using the FACS. I am having some
difficulty finding antibodies that are quite specific to these
individual cell types.
Alternatively, perhaps someone could hazard a guess as to where
they think neutrophil and eosinophil populations might appear on a FSC
vs SSC dotplot. For example, if macrophages have medium-level FSC and
medium-level SSC, what population would have medium-low FSC and high
SSC, and what might have medium-low FSC and SSC. (I regard the
lymphocytes as having medium-low SSC and medium FSC). These two
populations only appear after intra-peritoneal injection with
potentially immunomodulating agents, if that is any help.
I apologise if this enquiry is too simple or confusing, but any
help would be appreciated.

Thanks alot
