Have not used the CD34 AIS flasks but we use the CD4 and CD8 flasks. After al=
lowing the cells to spontaneously detach from the flasks (usually about 48 H) =
the cells are certainly still CD4 or CD8 positive. How are you removing the c=
ells? The company will not give you any info about the flasks because the co=
ating process is a proprietary secret...<nl>
