Has anybody a reliable method to separate monocytes from mouse blood ?
I had problems due to the following :
1) Mouse monocytes density is higher than human monocytes one, so murine
monocytes pass through the usual density gradients (Ficoll-Hypaque,
d=1,077) together with the erythrocytes.
2) Mouse monocytes adhere to plastic or glass when plated but they
completely loose adherence very fast.
Thank you very much,
