electroporation control?

I want to forward the following question:

Does anybody know a good green fluorescent control
substance, which does not enter the cell nor bind to
the membran of cells. The user want to take it as a control
for testing electroporation conditions by subsequent
analysis with flow cytometry. It should enter the cell only
after opening the membran by electroporation.
The substance should be not too big, because it serves
as a control for a molecule with molecular weight about 1000.

Thanks

Andreas
