Is anyone investigating immune neutropenia by flow cytometry?
Has anyone any experience of granulocyte NA, NB etc typing by flow
cytometry?
Does anyone know whether or not any of the CD16 (Fc-gamma-III-R)
monoclonals compete or hinder anti-NA/NB antibody binding?
Anybody doing any flow cytometry of immune thrombocytopenia?
