Ki-67 and MRK16 antisera.

2 questions:
1. We are using Caltag Fix and Perm suucessfully with Supertechs anti
TdT-FITC by flow but would like to extend this to Ki-67 . Any suggestions
as to which is the best Ki-67 antibody for flow.

2. Several months ago there was a method(s) for MRK16 staining by flow
which I seem to have mislaid. I would appreciate it if someone could
forward it to me. many thanks
3. I am still working on Cyclin D1 and will send a message if we have it up
and running reliably.
