The antigen must be surface expressed, preferably at high levels and
obviously not X-reactive to human. MHC class I is a possibility, but
I am unsure of the haplotype since these cells were originally
derived from Swiss (outbred) mice. Also constitutive expression of
MHC on fibroblasts can be quite low.
Any help here would be appreciated.
