have heard of this before with a colleague of mine using a Coulter EPICS =
XL. The explanation given at the time was something like this :
The XL takes up a portion of the sample to prime the sample line before =
acquisition begins, so some of the sample is lost. I did have this =
written down but can't find it at the moment.
Maybe the Facsacn does the same type of thing as the XL?
