followup to TUNEL in vivo

A very recent paper "Apoptosis of CD4 and 8 T cells isolated
immediately ex vivo correlates with disease severity in HIV infection" by
Cotton et al, Pediatr Res, 42: 656-664, 1997 does measure apoptosis at time
zero of isolation of PBMC.
