Hi,
I am in the process of looking at adhesion molecule expression on
human umbilical vein cells but have run into a problem. As I have only a
limited number of cells, I am looking for a way in which I could fix
activated cells without modifying their adhesion molecule expression.
By doing so I should be able to assay them on subsequent days.
Any help would be appreciated.
