Hi fellow flow-ers,

We wish to begin HLA B27 testing by flow cytometry. B27 testing was =
presented recently at a local Flow meeting and the issue of cross =
reactivity of B27 monoclonals was highlighted. The speaker indicated =
potential cross reaction with HLA B38 in addition to the usual cross =
reactions encounted (B7 etc). Have other flow operators experienced =
this? If so, would you please be kind enough to offer any general =
comments, suggestions and solutions for this particular problem.

We are intending to use One Lambda and Immunotech B27/B7 (Dual Antibody) =
as a backup but have received some literature regarding two Silenus =
products (Silenus B27 and ComB27). Has anyone had any experience with =
either of the Silenus products, especially in regard with cross =
reactivity?

With thanks
Kathy Rowe and Wanda Randall
