The list: IL-1a,IL-1b,IL-1RA,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-12,IFNg and TNFa.

Luminex prepared the beads so they should comment on the bead loading

Quantitative; all the analyses produced curves with r2>0.99 with the
exception of IL-1b. IL-1b showed no binding to the beads at all (reagents?).

I didn't calculate them, but it appeared to be 2-3 fold higher than our kit
ELISA limits.
This experiment was a first attempt and not a definitive method validation
study; I do not want to draw too many conclusions from it. Kerry Oliver at
Luminex had only recently put this panel of cytokines together and had not run
anything but standards. However, we considered it enough of a success to keep
going.
