FACS charges

Hi all,
I have a question...How does eveyrone charge for instrument usage? The
set up we have right now is that when someone uses an instrument, they
sign a log for time in and timeo out, then I figure out the charges to
the nearest 15 minutes. The only problem with that is although most of
the users remember to sign the log, there are some who either honestly
forget, or "forget". It would be great if there was a software package
available that either records time a user is on the computer, or,
better, would actually launch CellQuest after the user logs in. Is there
any software out there, or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Also, I have the chance to customize our flow facility. (yeehaw!) What I
am thinking is that I would like somehting like a dead air hood, or
something like that so I can manipulate sterile cells without having to
run all around the building. I also things like a sonicating water bath
in the room, and othr little gadgets. So, live out your fantasy
here...if you could customize your flow facilty, what would you want?
Price is a factor, but space is more so. I have a pretty small
room...15'X15'.
