PE/CY5 dyes work well on the single laser Calibur, very bright and require
only a little FL3-FL2 compensation. I assume you cannot use them with the
second laser upgrade, the CY5 would be excited by the red laser.

I too would like to be illuminated as to which dyes can be used for four
colour work with the Calibur, are we really stuck with PerCP as the only
third colour?
