Anti-human IL-8 RA (CXCR1), clone 5A12 and Anti-human IL-8 RB (CXCR2), clone 6C6

DESCRIPTION

Anti-human IL-8 RA (CXCR1), clone 5A12: Reacts with Interleukin-8 receptor A (IL-8RA), a G-protein-linked seven transmembrane domain protein, expressed on monocytes and granulocytes. It is also expressed on a subset of T cells. Both IL-8RA and IL-8RB are high affinity receptors for IL-8. IL-8 is an inflammatory cytokine which induces chemotaxis of neutrophils, basophils and T lymphocytes.(1-4)

Anti-human IL-8 RB (CXCR2), clone 6C6: Reacts with interleukin-8 receptor B (IL-8R B), a heptaspan transmembrane protein, expressed on monocytes and granulocytes. It is also expressed on a subset of T cells. IL-8 is an inflammatory cytokine which induces chemotaxis of neutrophils, basophils and T lymphocytes.(1,2)

USAGE

These reagents are effective for indirect immunofluorescence staining of human cells for flow cytometric analysis and fluorescence microscopy. Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagents to obtain optimal results.
