Anti-Rat Dendritic Cells

SPECIFICITY

The OX-62 antibody reacts with an antigen on dendritic cells and possibly on T cells expressing gamma delta TCR.1 The antigen can be detected by flow cytometric analysis of dendritic cell-enriched leukocyte populations and by immunohistochemical staining of epidermal sheets and frozen sections of lymphoid and non-lymphoid organs.1,2 The OX-62 mAb immunoprecipitates molecules with integrin-like properties.1

USAGE

The antibody has been tested by immunofluorescent staining (lesser than or equal to 1 µg/million cells) with flow cytometric analysis and immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections to assure specificity and reactivity. Other reported applications include immunoprecipitation and western blot analysis.1 Since applications vary, each investigator must determine dilutions appropriate for individual use.
