TISSUE CULTURE IMAGE CYTOMETRY CONTROLS AVAILABLE FROM INTEGRATED DIAGNOSTICS, INC.

INDX Image cell culture, tumor specific preparations have multiple DNA indexes covering the full range of aneuploid populations. DNA slide preparations can be adapted to any platform and are an in-process control for Feulgen staining. They are pre-fixed in 10% buffered formalin. Morphologic parameters and other criteria can be validated and monitored. Slides may act as in-house QC for inter- and intra-laboratory operator consistency. Slides are stable at room temperature and are stable for more than two years.
Other slide preparations include high- and low-intensity staining preparations for ER/PR staining and antigen retrieval control for multiple antigens. Further, INDX Quant-Image slides are also available for PCNA and Ki-67 staining and quantitation.
