Has anyone had any experience using the CD26 (DPPIV) specific antiserum
(murine) from Pharmingen (FITC label). I have been trying to get this
thing to work, but the intensity is soooo low. Does anyone know of an
alternate supplier for this marker in the murine system? (I am using
DO11.10 murine T-hybridoma cells stimulated with 12 ng/ml of PMA and .3
micro molar ionomycin cultured for 24 hr).
