The cross reactivity patterns of anti human CD14 have not
been consistent. Some antibodies only worked with older
pigs. As their immunesystem is changing from NK to T-cell
response within the first 3 to 6 month you might want to use
older ones anyhow - which makes the sampling much more
interesting (don't forget to take a camera).

Does anybody know about monoclonal antibodies against swine leucocytes
subsets:
-pan-leukocytes equivalents to human CD45
-T lymphocytes (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD25...)
-B lymphocytes (CD19, CD20 ...)
-Monocytes (CD14, CD11b,c,)
- and also, CD1a, CD34 ????
