Does anyone out there know if mouse dendritic cells express CD11b? That
is, if I exclude cells that express Thy1, CD45R (B220), Gr1, and CD11b, and
look for CD11c expressing cells, am I looking at a population enriched for
dendritic cells? Also, has anyone had much experience using clone nldc-145
generated by R. Steinman, recognizing DEC-205? Thank you all for your
help.
