Colleagues
I am trying to analyse white blood cells from pig blood, however I ran into
a problem at the start. The lysing solution (BD) that works well for human
blood does not seem to work very well in pig blood. Any suggestions as to
the best lysing coctail for swine peripheral blood?

Any suggestions will be appreciated
