DNA content of human lymphocytes

Dear all

Another question

In a survey of a cultivated plant for local species/type/variant diversity, we
intend to use normal human lymphocytes as a reference standard for DNA
nuclear content.

What we need to know is; please can anyone tell us the DNA content of
normal diploid human lymphocytes in mass terms per cell?

Alternatively does anyone have any ideas for a reference text where we may
find this information?

Failing that are there any better/cheaper/more appropriate standards which we
could use?

Thanks.
