Browser Application	Instructions
Netscape 4.0 or higher	Go to Edi t-> Preferences -> Navigator ->Applications Press "New Type" In Description Type field type: "Search Engine" In the file extension field type:  "srh" In the "Application to Use" field type the path of the navsearch  application (e.g c:\navsearch\navsearch32.exe).  You may want to use  the browse function.  Press OK...
Netscape 3.0 or below	Press Options->General Preferences ->Helpers File Extensions: srh Press launch applications button, enter path of Navsearch... Press OK...
Internet Explorer	Edit->Options->File Types->New Type Change Icon Description Field: "Navsearch" Associated Extension: "SRH" Press New  In Action field: OPEN Application path field: (e.g C:/Path of Navsearch/navsearch.exe ) Press OK, OK...

 
 

 
Now Navsearch will be executed every time the search button is pressed and it will search your CD-ROM drive
by default!
