This month we are pleased to bring you yet again another newsletter filled with interesting and informative articles. Included in this bumper edition you will find the latest information on the new European Programme LEONARDO, as well a report on our pending ALFA APPLICATION, the results of which we are expecting any day now.

This of course is along side all our regular features such as recently conducted STUDENT EXCHANGES, SHORT COURSES and PUBLICATIONS and, for those not already in the know, there is report on TATIANA's recently established Bulletin Board on the INTERNET, what it means, and the potential benefits it will provide for all our partners.
